環亞目前擁有國內兩大生產基地以及國外澳大利亞生產基地，其建筑總面積達到了171800平方米，共擁有63條生產線。其中，國內的兩大生產基地均以GMPC的標準設計和建造；澳洲生產基地則嚴格按照GMPC和TGA的標準設計和建造，擁有全自動化無菌車間、智能生產控制系統等，可從事化妝品及藥品的生產。

In 2015,Uniasia has recently emerged as one of the first cosmetics companies in China to be certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for its management
system,which integrates Information and industrialization. Additionally, it is the first cosmetics company in China to obtain the AAA-level certification for its management
system.
With substantial investment, alongside the company’s managerial requirements and business conditions, a comprehensive online control platform was developed. The platform
includes modules such as planning and scheduling, production management, management and decision-making, electronic signage, quality traceability, error-proofing material
allocation, and material coding management. It helps achieve efficient and smooth business processes, precise control of process management, deep alignment of management
decisions, and higher efficiency. Through the deep integration and application of Information and industrialization, Uniasia Group has achieved real-time online control of
industrial internet production, moving towards higher levels of digitalization and intelligence.
2015年，環亞成為全國首批通過兩化融合管理體系評定的企業。同時，為響應國家“中國制造2025”，環亞打造了全流程在線運營管控平臺項目，建立了化妝品工業互聯網大數據平臺，實現了生產信息在線化、生產過程智能化、生產管理數字化，以及生產全流程、全系統范圍的實時監控和管理調度。通過信息化與工業化的深度融合應用，環亞已實現了工業互聯網生產實時在線管控，逐步向數字化、智能化工廠邁進。
